I. Delivery Time:
Orders placed during the Black Friday campaign (12:00 AM on November 20th, 2023, to 11:59 PM on November 26th, 2023）will be delivered before Christmas 2023. However, if there are delays due to incorrect or missing contact information provided by the customer, the customer will bear the risk of delays.
II. Lemmo Product Coupon:
1. The Lemmo Black Friday Coupon (hereinafter:"coupon”) can be redeemed and used according to the Terms & Conditions.
2. The coupon is valid only for Lemmo ONE bike purchases (excluding the XL Chain model) on our website: https://www.lemmofuture.com/. It is not applicable to batteries, accessories or other products.
3. The coupon cannot be exchanged for cash. It can be only used for purchases in the redemption period from 12:00 AM on November 20th, 2023, to 11:59 PM on November 26th, 2023.
4. The coupon can only be redeemed and used from 12:00 AM on November 20th, 2023 to 11:59 PM on November 26th, 2023 (redemption period). After this date, the voucher can no longer be redeemed / used.
5. The coupon is non-refundable.
6. Some bike models / colors have limited stock during the redemption period (12:00 AM on November 20th, 2023 to 11:59 PM on November 26th, 2023) available on a first-come, first served basis.
7. Redemption after receiving the order or any subsequent redemption will not be possible.
8. The credit amount of the coupon is expressed in Euro and does not carry interest.
9. If the credit amount on the product coupon shall not be sufficient for the order, the balance may be settled through any other payment modes offered. Partial redemption shall not be possible.
10. Each order can only use one coupon and cannot be combined with others.
11. The coupon is only applicable for online purchases made on our website: https://www.lemmofuture.com/.
12. Each coupon can be used only once.
13. The coupon is for personal use only and cannot be resold.
14. For the use of the coupon in the context of orders, the coupon code must be entered. Therefore, the coupon code should be kept confidential to prevent redemption by third parties.
15. Coupons may not be copied, edited, or manipulated. In case of loss, theft, or illegibility of product coupons or in case of any typos with the E-mail address of a product coupon of a recipient we do not assume any liability and cannot not replace the coupon.
