What is the Bike Safety & Performance Inspection Voucher?
Each bike order comes with 2 free inspection vouchers, worth €50 each.
You can redeem them at Lemmo’s certified repair partners.

We recommend contacting the store in advance to confirm the schedule.

How do I receive and use my voucher?
Your vouchers will be automatically sent to your order email a few days after your bike is shipped.
Please keep your vouchers safely — they are required when you redeem the service later.
How does shipping work?

In-stock models: clearly marked “In Stock” on the product page, and shipped within 7 days from our German warehouse.

Out-of-stock models: marked “Out of Stock.” You can subscribe for restock alerts, and we’ll notify you once the new batch arrives.
Can I lease a Lemmo bike and still join the campaign?
Yes — leasing customers in Germany can fully enjoy all anniversary offers.
Simply apply through your preferred leasing platform via our website.
Once your leasing request is approved, we’ll automatically include all campaign benefits with your leasing order.
