Reservation
How can I reserve Lemmo Zero?
Buy Online: Now you can reserve a slot for the production of Lemmo Zero for €150. An estimated delivery time range will be specified during the checkout process. You will receive order confirmation emails.
Also, you can track the production and delivery in Lemmo Support Hub with your order ID.
You can complete the rest of the payment any time before the delivery. We will send a payment reminder email to you 7 days prior to your delivery.
Leasing from Lemmo: if you prefer to lease Lemmo Zero on lemmofuture.com, you can submit an application at https://www.lemmofuture.com/pages/leasing. Select your preferred leasing platform from the list and fill in necessary information. (*Jobrad offer will be forwarded to a Lemmo Partner Store to complete the process.)
To secure your slot of production, it requires confirmation of the leasing offer. The confirmation date is the reference for the delivery queue.
Buy from a Partner Store: Please consider the purchase with a partner store is between you and the store, please follow the agreement with the partner store.
What is the total price and how payment works?
During the period of reservation, you can pay €150 to reserve a slot of production, and enjoy a large first release discount. The total price list is shown below:

How do I get payment notification?
When delivery is ready, we will inform you 7 days earlier via email. You can complete the rest of the payments to trigger the delivery.
What happens if I don’t pay in time for delivery?
After the first payment notification, we will reserve your bike in the warehouse for you for 14 days at most. If we cannot receive the remaining payment after this period, we will release this stock to the next order. Your reservation will be revoked but we can still send the products to you after the full payments in a later batch.
Which country is included in Lemmo Zero Reservtion?
The reservation opens for Germany, Netherlands, France, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Belgium, Italy and Spain.
Delivery
When will the bike be delivered?
Due to the high demand for the new models, we are now accepting reservations to secure your Lemmo Zero. The delivery time is scheduled regarding stock availability and in the sequence of orders queue, meaning early orders will be scheduled earlier.
The first batch will be delivered in October. And we will adjust the estimated delivery time instantly based on production pipeline level. You can always find the target delivery time during the checkout process.
How can I track production and delivery?
After placing the order, you can find detailed delivery status on Lemmo "Track my order" page, https://www.lemmofuture.com/pages/support, simply type in your order number and the email account you used when placing the order, to check the latest update.
Can I change delivery address after reservation?
Yes, you can. Simply click on the chat bubble on web pages, or email to contact@lemmofuture.com, asking for a delivery address modification.
Can I change color after my reservation?
Yes, you can always click on the chat bubble on Lemmo web pages, or email to contact@lemmofuture.com, asking for item modification. But please note, the changes of models (SKUs) might also change the estimated delivery time.

Where can I have a test ride?
You can go to the Test Ride locator for a nearby test ride point, https://www.lemmofuture.com/pages/map-page. Please double check the available bike models during the test ride book process before going.
Cancellation & refund
Can I cancel my reservation?
The reservation fee is refundable in full, before the dispatch of the products. Please note, if you apply for a refund of the reservation, you also lost the slot in production and delivery orders queue. The next same model order will automatically take your slot. And if you need to reserve again, we have to put you at the end of the queue.
