1.Where can we send the E+bike?
We only ship to Germany, France, the Netherlands, Austria, and Belgium at the moment
2.How much do you have to pay for shipping?
The standard shipping fee is €79 for LEMMO customers.
3.How long will it take to get your order and how do you track it?
We will do our best to deliver the goods on any date we agree with you, or if no date is given, we will email you the delivery schedule after your order is confirmed. When your order is on its way, you will receive an email with the shipping details.
4.What if you get a wrong product?
If you get a broken or defective product(s) or you see differences in quantity or quality between the product(s) shipped and the specification thereof in the relevant order confirmation or invoice, please take clear photos of the situation and contact our customer service: firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days after getting the product(s). We will carry out an investigation and make every reasonable effort to assist you with the problem.
5.What if the products are lost during shipping?
In case the ordered product(s) do not arrive at the given address (when correctly given) or are lost during shipping, we have the right to a full investigation and search that can last up to 30 days. Within this period, we have the right to hold back a full refund or sending again the same product(s). We will always keep you updated on the progress and results of the investigation, upon which appropriate and reasonable action can be taken.
6.In case of unforeseen circumstances.
In the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control (for example, adverse weather conditions, unpredictable delays caused by traffic congestion, road works, diversions or mechanical breakdowns, unforeseen production delays, delays caused by third-party suppliers, in each case to the extent beyond our reasonable control) we may not be able to deliver the goods within these timescales and we will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the goods if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by such circumstances. If a timely delivery does not take place, an alternative delivery date will be offered. Special circumstances such as a high volume of orders, new product launches, or restock days may also lead to longer delivery times. If this is the case, we will note it on the product page and send a follow-up reminder by email.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have fourteen (14) days after receiving your item to request a return. You also have the right to exchange it for another size, model, configuration or colour.
Delivery to your home
Once your order has arrived and you are not happy with it, you can return it within 14 days. Please contact us via the email address: email@example.com and we would be happy to help you with the return process.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU KEEP THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING FOR 14 DAYS AFTER YOU RECEIVE THEM. One-time delivery charge will be applied for €79 for any return or exchange.
Collecting from our Berlin brand store
You can return your order free of charge within 14 days by bringing it back to our Berlin brand store. Just let us know by email at: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange the return date. To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it without any use. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you are a LEMMO consumer, meaning that you are not buying our product(s) for your business, trade or profession, you have a 2-year (and 5-year for frame) limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the date of delivery. And this warranty policy only applies to purchases directly made on our online store “https://lemmofuture.com”.
2.1.The 2-year limited warranty covers the following components: Smartpac, Drivetrain, Handlebar, Stem, Seat-Post, Crankset, Motor, BBset, Charger, Inner cables.
2.2.Frame has a limited warranty for 5 years.
2.3.Display, Display control, front & rear lights, rear hub lock and Hydraulic Disc Brake have a 1 year warranty.
2.4.Saddle, Grips, Tires, Brake Pads, Pedals, Wheel Sets have a 3 months warranty apart from normal wear and tear. We will provide support if needed on these components with some reasonable fee charge.
2.5.The warranty does not cover: any consumables; any non-original or unauthorized components and parts; normal wear and tear of any covered components; any damage or defects to covered components resulting from failure to follow instructions in the user manual; force majeure; accident; theft; vandalism; misuse; neglect; abuse; commercial use; alterations; modification; improper assembly; operator error; water damage; extreme riding; stunt riding; or improper/unauthorized maintenance and services.
Regarding the battery, the warranty does not cover damages from power surges, use of improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuse, normal wear or water damage,improper storage ( below -20° or above +45°).
3.1.To start the warranty process, you must contact and inform the customer service of LEMMO by email at: email@example.com or via our App. We may ask you to show the proof of purchase and the most detailed description possible about the issue and photo and/or video materials if possible. Please note that for your safety, you should stop using the product(s) until the issue is fully resolved.
3.2.Bike specialists of LEMMO will work with you on the problem with your product(s) to identify potential solutions. Depending on your situation, possible remedies may be: we guide you to perform simple fixes by yourself; we will send our bike specialist to collect your item from one of our official service points; we allow you to use a professional bicycle workshop and reimburse the repair costs incurred; or we transport the product(s) back to LEMMO for handling. We will instruct you regarding the procedure. The faulty component will be replaced with another original component or with another equivalent component. If necessary, you or the professional bicycle workshop will be provided with the replacement component.
3.3.Please note that you should always contact LEMMO for warranty claim and get a prior notification and authorization from us before taking further action. Unauthorized repairs prevent us from reviewing the defect and deciding whether it falls under the warranty. The warranty may be void if you or a third-party attempt to repair the product(s) without prior notification and authorization from LEMMO.
4.1.LIKE ANY PHYSICAL ACTIVITY, RIDING A BICYCLE MAY CAUSE MINOR OR MAJOR INJURIES OR DISCOMFORT AND MAY WORSEN OR COMPLICATE UNDERLYING MEDICAL CONDITIONS OR DISEASES. BY CHOOSING TO RIDE A LEMMO BICYCLE, CLIENT ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITIES AND RISKS FOR ALL SUCH INJURIES OR OTHER MEDICAL CONDITIONS.
4.2.CLIENT RECOGNISES THAT OPERATING THE BICYCLE HAS INHERENT RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, TRAFFIC CONDITIONS, WEATHER CONDITIONS, ROAD AND PAVEMENT CONDITIONS, NATURAL AND UNNATURAL OBJECTS AND OBSTACLES, IMPACT OR COLLISION, AND NEGLIGENCE OF OTHERS. CLIENT RECOGNISES AND AGREES THAT LIMITS ITS LIABILITY AS PROVIDED IN THIS SECTION. CLIENT SHALL INDEMNIFY AGAINST, AND SHALL HOLD HARMLESS FROM ALL COSTS, EXPENSES, AND LIABILITIES (INCLUDING REASONABLE SOLICITOR’S FEES) FROM ANY CLAIMS BY CLIENT OR ANY THIRD PARTY ARISING OUT OF CLIENT’S USE OF THE BICYCLE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, THE CLIENT ASSUMES ALL RISK AND LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL LOSS, DAMAGE, OR INJURY INCLUDING DEATH TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY OF THE CLIENT OR OTHERS ARISING OUT OF THE BICYCLE POSSESSION, USE, OPERATION, OR CARE AND CONTROL OF THE BICYCLE BY THE CLIENT INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ALL MEDICAL COSTS AND FINANCIAL AND ECONOMIC LOSSES.
